Ordering

IT'S EASY PEASY PUDDING AND PIE ORDERING YOUR HEARTFELT GOODIES.

• Simply create an account with us (don't forget to keep your account details handy so that it's even easier ordering the next time around).
   
• Login to your Heartfelt account.
   
• Go to Our Products and view our different Ranges then add the products you would like to order to your shopping cart (please don't forget to give us as much information as you can by choosing your colours & designs).
   
• Then proceed to checkout.
  Here you'll simply need to confirm the following:
  - Your billing address
  - Your delivery address details
  - Delivery method (how you would like us to post your order to you)
  - Select your payment method & then make the payment
  - Confirm your order & voila!
   
• The Heartfelt ladies will then send you an order confirmation and will keep you updated as to the progress of your order (please email them at any time should you have any questions).
   
• Once your order is complete and is on its way to you - we will send through your parcels tracking number so that you will know when to expect delivery of your Heartfelt goodies.

Please keep in mind: that because each item is individually hand-sewn, please allow between 2 – 6 weeks for delivery depending on how busy the ladies are and the size of your order. Should there be any delays in sending you your order (like there being sickness or death among the ladies and their families) please keep in mind that we’re not making any excuses – we’re just factoring in everyday life in our rural community.
