Delivery within South Africa is a flat rate of R250.00.
Please allow for between 2-4 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Great news. We are able to spread the HEARTFELT love both locally and internationally.
However, due to our geographic location (Makapanstad is in the middle of nowhere) please keep in mind that we will not be able to ship your order the day you place it.
...here's why
- Each item is individually hand-sewn and depending on what we have in stock- usually made to order. So we will have to make up your order before we can send it.
- The courier will only service our area twice a week (on a Tuesday and a Thursday).
That said, we promise to endeavour to get your parcel popped in the courier van as quickly as humanly possible. So keep a close eye on your inbox - we'll send you your tracking number as soon as your order is winging its way to your door.
Local Shipping
All items are shipped from South Africa. We have two shipping options:
- Airmail parcel service through SAPO – this is a cost-effective solution for smaller parcels. Delivery can take two to five weeks.
- EMS courier – this courier solution partners with local post offices and offers a tracking number. Delivery is generally five to ten working days.
