Individual Sample Costs
Sampling costs and design work for custom made products will be charged at a rate of R150 per hour. If a minimum of 50 items is ordered once the sample has been made and approved - the design fee will be free of charge.
Returns
It’s very important to us that you are happy with everything we make for you. So please let us know if you would like to return anything and we will send you a new product straight away. Please send returns to: The Heartfelt Project, c/o Martha Letsoalo, P O Box 642, Makapanstad, 0404, North West, South Africa - with a note inside explaining why you are returning the item. Because all our products are individually hand-sewn slight differences may occur so feedback would be greatly appreciated to allow us to correct our mistake in the future.

(We will need to include a 1% service fee on your invoice when paying via Paypal due to service charges – sorry. But the good news is that this is much cheaper than having to do an international transfer – yippee.

All goods remain the property of Heartfelt until fully paid for.
We will be unable to commence with an order until the 50% deposit has been received.
Felt Colours
Like paint, not all felt from our suppliers is guaranteed to be exactly the same shade of colour. So for large orders or orders where we need to source felt quickly, please remember that the colours might not all be exactly the same. However we promise to try our utmost to get them as similar as possible.
