We have it on good authority that Martha makes the best Mielie Pap & Vleis (maize and meat) in Makapanstad. So if you're ever in the vicinity on the last Friday of every month - then come and join us at Heartfelt for our Food Friday. And even if Mielie pap is not on the menu, you'll be guaranteed to get something very tasty as well as all the latest goings on in the community (although we do suggest a few Northern Sotho classes before hand). We can't wait to get funding to develop our workshop - which will include a small kitchen area so that the ladies can cook meals and make tea and coffee ('petrol' as Martha calls it).
