Lena started working for heartfelt as a 'volunteer' and was employed full time in July 2008. Her hard work and gentle nature make her a blessing to have around. She's taught us what it means to be patient - lesson #1: good things do come to those who wait. Lena has a little boy called Tshepang, aged three and is expecting her second child.
